On September 17, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held two new draws, inviting a total of 1,443 candidates to apply for permanent residency (PR).
In the first draw, OINP issued an impressive 1,249 invitations in the Masters Graduate Stream, targeting candidates with an Expression of Interest (EOI) score of 53 or higher. This score is just 1 point lower than the cutoff in the previous Masters Graduate Stream draw held on July 9.
In the second draw, OINP sent out 110 invitations under the PhD Graduate Stream to candidates whose EOI scores were 45 or above. This represents a decrease of 5 points compared to the cutoff in the last PhD Graduate Stream draw on July 9.
