On September 13, IRCC issued 1,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency in the latest Express Entry draw. This round specifically focused on candidates with a French proficiency level of 7 and a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 446 or higher.
The Express Entry draw held on September 9th, which preceded the latest one, issued invitations to 911 candidates, exclusively from the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
Recently, IRCC has been following a pattern of conducting multiple draws every two weeks. Typically, at least one of these draws targets PNP candidates. This approach aligns with IRCC’s previously stated goal of increasing opportunities for temporary residents in Canada to obtain permanent residency and managing the influx of temporary residents into the country.
